Welcome to Knollwood

Knollwood is a small, quiet and friendly planned community consisting of 32 single family homes on 14 acres along the western shore of Lake Wallenpaupack in the Pocono Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania.

The community is four season, has a Homeowner's Association with deed covenants and restrictions, and is zoned R-1 low density residential with individual on-site septic systems. Short term rentals and commercial business activities of any type are not allowed in Knollwood. The Knollwood Association is governed with by-laws and rules; and the Association maintains the private roads, rights-of-way, and the public water system. There are no amenities (ie. clubhouse, pool, boat ramp, marina, etc.); however, there are two private paths that provide Association Members access to community landing areas on Lake Wallenpaupack.
